Brown Butter Enoki Gnocci with Crispy Sage

I’m back again with a new guest post with Mushrooms Canada, and excited to share a fast and flavourful recipe for Brown Butter Enoki Gnocchi with Canadian Enoki mushrooms and crispy fried sage.

Working with Canada's smallest cultivated mushroom, the fairy-like Enoki, was a tasty eye-opener and I've fallen in love with the big punch of umami mushroom flavour packed into all those succlent stems and tiny caps.

This Brown Butter Enoki Gnocchi recipe is not only fun to say, it's fast and easy to whip up and only needs four ingredients. Crispy Butter-Fried Sage Leaves add a perfect garnish and infuses the dish with a herbed aroma.
